Ordering & Payment

Online orders:

Fast and convenient, our website not only enables you to point, click and purchase, but it also allows you to track an order, access your order history and save items in your shopping basket. We ask that you review your order carefully prior to submission, and contact us as soon as possible if you need us to revise your order for you. 

Order confirmation:

You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as an email that states your order number and an approximate order total. 

Order Status:

If you placed your order through a password-protected online account, you may check the status of your order at any time by clicking on Your Account, signing in, and selecting Order History. To check the status of any other order, call 800-684-5429 Mon.-Fri. from 9 a.m. – 5:00 pm EST, or email us at service@mbare.com. 

Credit Cards and Payment:

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, check or money order.
 
Items are charged to your credit card when they ship. If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged until the backordered item ships. Your shipping & handling charge will be prorated to the value of the shipment.  If you choose to pay using Paypal you will be contacted if any of the items that you ordered do not ship right away.  If you pay via check or money order your items will be shipped after we receive your payment.
  
Sales tax:
We are required to collect local sales tax in states where Mbare Ltd. maintains a physical presence.  We are currently solely located in the state of Georgia.
